Bridge Engineer III
Leonel Rodriguez is a Bridge Engineer III at HBM Engineering Group. Since joining the firm in 2023, he has contributed to bridge design and analysis while also serving as a construction inspector on HBM's Phase III construction engineering assignments — including the I-80 reconstruction from Ridge Road to River Road and the IL-53 corridor rehabilitation from Rand Road to Algonquin Road.
Leonel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
