Project Overview
Description
HBM led Phase II Engineering Services for the Northbound & Reversible I-90/94 Mainline Bridge Deck Overlay & Joint Repair and Roadway Pavement Patching Project. The initiative rehabilitated 63 total bridge structures across three corridors (23 Inbound, 21 Reversible, 19 Outbound) between Ohio Street and the I-90/I-94 split, with project efforts totalling approximately $150 million.

- Plans, special provisions, and detailed construction estimates
- Maintenance of Traffic implementation
- Pavement patching coordination
- Sign structure replacement
- Project lifecycle management and Value Engineering Study incorporation
- Phase III Engineering Support and RFI responses
- Repairs to 36 bridges, overhead sign-structure replacements, LED lighting upgrades, new signage, structural painting, and REVLAC (Reversible Lane Access Control) system rehabilitation
