Yazan Kabalan
Assistant Resident Engineer
Yazan Kabalan is an Assistant Resident Engineer in HBM Engineering Group's construction engineering practice. He joined HBM in 2025 with seven years of civil engineering experience and supports the firm's Phase III construction engineering assignments across IDOT District 1, including the current IL Route 43 (Harlem Avenue) corridor improvement in Bridgeview.
Yazan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Damascus University. His certifications include IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities, and his field responsibilities span daily inspection and documentation, quantity and layout verification, and monitoring of contractor activities and traffic staging.
