Project Overview

Description

Pedestrian bridge connecting the Bronzeville community to the lakefront, spanning Lake Shore Drive and active railroad tracks. It links William Davis Park in Oakland with the Lakefront Trail in Burnham Park, providing access to Oakwood Beach. The bridge features graceful, curving S-shaped structures with an inclined arch mono-truss design spanning 1,470 feet.
