Continuous on-call and as-needed Phase II engineering support for the Illinois Tollway under the Systemwide Design Services Upon Request (DUR) program — covering rapid-response design, structural reviews, and field engineering.

- Total of nine tasks. Task 1: Clean and Televise Drainage System, I-88 (Mile Post 117.70 to 123.40). Task 2: Clean and Televise Drainage System, I-94 (Mile Post 21.8 to 25.2). Task 3: Tri-State Tollway Noise Wall Reconstruction (SB I-294 over Central Road to Mile Post 46.1; NB I-294 north of Ballard Road at Mile Post 44.9). Systemwide Oasis Curb Repair at the Lincoln, Hinsdale, O'Hare, Lake Forest, Belvidere, and DeKalb Oases. Tasks 6 through 9 under contract RR-16-4276
- Communication platforms: e-Builder and Bluebeam; environmental documentation: ESIS Part 1 and 2, RP-9 permit for USACE, and environmental permits
