Phase II Engineering services for the Elgin O'Hare West Bypass corridor from US Route 20 to Route 83 — a major regional connector that closes a long-standing gap in the Chicagoland highway system.

- Elgin O'Hare Western Access (EOWA): new controlled-access expressway from Route 20 to Illinois Route 83 — a six-lane roadway in DuPage County near O'Hare International Airport, spanning Arlington Heights Road (west) to Lively Boulevard (east); a tolled facility owned by ISTHA
- 1.62 miles of six-lane pavement and shoulder; two new interchanges at Wood Dale Road and Prospect Avenue; dual bridges over Salt Creek and Prospect Avenue; a single bridge carrying Wood Dale Road over IL 390 (EOWA)
- Structural Design and Construction Support for the Wood Dale Road Bridge over IL Rte. 390 (EOWA): a two-span structure with integral abutments, wing walls, and a center pier, recognized as a Gateway Structure with architectural features developed with the City of Wood Dale; staged construction with temporary soil-retention systems
- Drainage and civil support for the 1.62-mile corridor: storm-drainage and underdrain plans based on drainage analyses provided by URS; major and minor storm sewers, control structures, highway ditch plans/profiles, underdrain plans, and outfall structures into Salt Creek
- Design of four (4) retaining walls along IL Rte. 390 (EOWA)
