  • 2-story building, approximately 450' x 120', partially removed; 4.5" lightweight reinforced concrete slab, reinforced concrete joists, composite steel beams
  • Lot data: length 450'-0", width 120'-0". Building data: built 1968 and 2003; two-story; approximate area 54,000 SF
  • Demolition procedure: adherence to the Milburn Site-Specific Safety Plan and OSHA; protection of the main airport building with hand separation; a Lull 1044C-54 to hoist equipment to the 2nd story; metal-deck roof removed with small equipment and robots; shoring towers on the ground floor; saw-cutting of slabs and beams; crane/rigging for spandrel beams
